REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Sales)
Full Time ONLY

Position Description:

- We are looking to hire a SELF MOTIVATED, SELF DRIVEN Real Estate cold caller to our team. Your job will be to make as many outbound phone calls each day to try and generate potential good leads for us. You will be required to make over 500 calls per day on the autodialer XenCall (ReadyMode) in which we would like if you were familiar with. If you are not that is ok we can train you to use it.

- Required skills include the following:
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK NIGHTS! HOURS ARE M-F 2PM- 8PM AND 10AM-8PM SATURDAY
o Must have perfect English speaking skills! (No exceptions)
o MUST have prior phone sales experience and understand how to handle objections / rebuttals
o Must be a sales type person, very aggressive and pushy. Great talking to people, building rapport.
o Must have an aggressive and hungry desire to make sales and create great leads
o You do need to have a Real Estate background.
o We will have daily reports and weekly meetings but we would like someone who is self motivated.
o We are looking for someone who has thick skin, is not shy or nervous, and someone who will not get annoyed or bored on the phone.
