Job Description
Well rounded virtual assistant needed to assist manager and supervise operations with the following duties but not limited to:
Ensuring highest customer service and customer satisfaction on Ebay,
Do order processing & update sales sheet
Upload tracking numbers for shipped orders
Review inventory for proper syncing and stock levels
Review product listings to ensure compliance
Save invoices and upload to designated folders
Create database for suppliers and contacts
Handle shipping logistics
Edit pricing and description on product listing where necessary
All assistant tasks (inbox management, social media posting)
Schedule posts on social media accounts and monitor
Create social media posts in canva or other software
Respond to
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with latest workplace technologies, project software, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Excellent phone,
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Excellent attention to Detail
Ability to follow instructions and be proactive to take initiative with tasks
Must have the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to work at a fast pace with diligence and dedication to ensure optimal productivity
Must be good at math and calculations
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection
Must be able to speak in american accent on the phone as closely as possible
Some Training will be provided, however experienced candidates are needed.
Must be able to work during 9am - 6pm eastern time hours
