SAP SUPPORT ENGINER

SAP Support Engineer is expected to:
-provide customer satisfaction support by effectively handling customer inquiries through phone call diagnosis, isolation, on-site visits and providing of possible solutions for SAP B1 software issues and concerns
-provide post implementation support to clients and serves as the primary contact for functional and technical support

Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any computer related courses
-Experience in testing different application is an advantage.
-Excellent verbal and written Skills
-Good analytical and critical skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Confidence to talk to a higher level of management and clients.
-Willingness to do client visit & work in Binondo, Manila
