JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities
- Manages 10-15 employees
- Create and implement business plans, strategies, procedures, and policies that support the company's vision and culture.
- Set, monitor, and communicate comprehensive performance and growth objectives (KPIs) to the team.
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Encourage optimum performance and dedication from your staff.
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess the team's performance.
- Create reports to the Executive Team on a regular basis.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a bigger company
- Understanding of corporate functions and familiarity with business and financial principles
- Can add to and expand the role of Operations Manager
- Knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, organizational effectiveness, and operations management
- Knowledge of Real Estate SaaS business structure (nice-to-have but not required)
- Preferably with a sales foundation and can create structures/processes for the business
- Direct feedback, data-driven, proactive, and collaborative
- Creative problem solver with strong emotional intelligence and a challenger mindset / no excuses mentality
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving, and can report on numbers accurately
- Knowledge in these Tools: Click-up, CRM’s
