We need a smart person with attention to detail.
Our goal is to promote you from $540 to $600 within 30-60 days. This will be performance-based.
After a year of work, we introduce an additional $100 monthly bonus, which will also depend on the performance.

1. You'll be answering clients' email quote requests for various technical jobs in Signage Industry.
Job types include design, production, and installation of outdoor signs; banners, vinyl lettering, decals, channel letters, electrical signs, etc.
You will be following SOPs (standard operating procedures) when answering requests but it is important to be good with numbers. Having a technical background is an advantage. If you have ever done construction tasks that required precise measurements, it will definitely help with this job.
2. You will be doing permitting paperwork based on the cities' requirements.
3. You will be creating job folders in google drive, filling out initial info, and quoting jobs.
4. You will be communicating with other administrators and designers.

TASK:

A sign permit is required to place a temporary or permanent sign on a parcel of land, a building, a structure, or a place of business in any city. But before acquiring a sign permit, we need to check the sign code if the signage meets the city's standards. Sign regulations are based on the zoning of the property where the sign is ---------- differs in various zones, so a sign in one zone may not be allowed in a different zone.

Figure out the following:
1. Parcel number of the address
2. Size (in acres) of the property
3. Taxpayer name and address
4. Which zone do they belong
5. What is the maximum size and quantity allowed in that zone
6. Link for the sign code
7. Does our sign meets their sign code?
8. If so, Look for the application form for sign permit and prepare paperwork for acquiring the permit for this sign.
