Customer Support And Script Installation (Virtual Assistant Needed) / Web Developer

I need a person who can install a simple scripts that involve mysql creation in cpanel and simple web edits, I need them to know what an FTP is.

I need this person to speak good english and answer support emails based around this script, so they most have good initiative.

The person will work 20+ Hours A Week.
