Immigration paralegal law firm assistant

This is a very unique position combining two elements:

1.We are seeking an immigration paralegal (USA) with experience in U.S. non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, and PERM process as well as family based immigration law experience. Are you experienced with immigration matters like these as well- H2B, EB3, H1B, E2, L1? Please apply.

2. We are also seeking someone who is willing to create 3 immigration related videos per week approx. 7-10 min in length. You must be comfortable on camera and demonstrating knowledge of the immigration topics at hand. This is a fun project for someone who also enjoys marketing.
