JOB OVERVIEW

Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle email marketing and automation (Lead Generation initiatives)
Manage complex calendars using Google Calendar including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations
Schedule meetings for clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare contracts and agreements between clients and the company
Contribute to leadership meetings by taking notes and tracking action items
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive.
Upkeep important information and documents organized electronically
Handle bookkeeping-related tasks as assigned
Handle HR-related functions as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Preferably with at least 2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant
In-depth experience with lead generation (Email Marketing and Automation) - Preferred
Keen attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent email management
Outstanding task prioritization
Must be able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
Proficient computer skills including MS Office
Previous Bookkeeping/Accounting experience - Bonus
Previous HR experience - Bonus
Amenable to work 11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Time or Pacific Standard Time (US Time zone)
CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
