A Software Startup is looking for an Experienced QuickBooks online bookkeeper. The part-time position requires a self-motivated, flexible, detailed oriented individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is part-time (3-5 hrs/week). This position will work directly with the CEO.
Qualifications include:
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in QuickBooks Online
• Must be Quickbooks certified
• SaaS experience preferred
• Account payable & Account receivable experience
• Strong ability for reconciliation
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Understand payroll and accounting terminology
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

A good fit for this position would be someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with a high level of detail, likes working independently, and can see the big picture and the details.
