What you’ll do

In coordination with our real estate agents:
-Gather contract documents for storage / file compliance
-Order title work
-Instruct clients on their roles and direct them in the process
-Schedule inspections with inspectors / clients / agents
-Communicate with lenders to gather info and assist
-Schedule closings
-Coordinate utility transfers
-Follow up with clients for reviews
-Onboard owners / tenants to our property management company
Develop relationships with transaction parties (agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) for successful closings
Communicate via email and phone with transaction parties

Job Requirements

Work in the timeframe of the Eastern Standard Time (approx. 8am-5pm), project basis of $75 per closed transaction
Transaction coordination experience highly preferred
Preferred experience in LeadSimple
Preferred basic understanding of property management
Fluent spoken/written English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships
Adaptability
Strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Technological aptitude for learning client management software
Modern Computer (RAM/Processor/Storage Capacity requirements available upon request)
Webcam/Mic for visual/audio capabilities
Internet Speed Test
