Behavioral Health Professional Licensing and Credentialing Specialist

Complete provider enrollment insurance applications for multiple US states, review/update and attest CAQH profiles, monitor and update expire-able items as needed (example: licenses, liability insurance), submit applications for new state licenses for providers, contact insurance companies and other reps as needed for follow up on applications.

Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
