Looking for a phone agent - hiring immediately!

Hey!

We have an awesome pool brand that needs a phone agent.

We are looking for someone who has had prior experience working for customer service, with emphasis in the technical space.

You will be responsible for knowing how to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and resolve customers issues.

Among your responsibilities, you will also be dealing with billing and cancellation requests.

We are looking for an agent that can work from 9AM PST to 5 PM PST. Pay is negotiable.
