Financial analyst

We need a full time tech-savvy financial analyst with excellent communication skills to join our growing international team. You will have a shared online office in the metaverse for a great sense of togetherness and shared mission - this is not a lonely isolated feeling position. Responsibilities:

1. Build cash flow forecasts
2. Create budgets - from portfolio, to community, property and department
3. Use financial modeling packages like Jirav and Reach Reporting
4. Use Excel to build complex financial models.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Reliable.
2. Prior experience working in banking, investment banking, private equity or hedge funds in financial modeling and analysis and business analytics
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to learn programs and software quickly.
5. Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
6. Modern desktop or laptop computer with high speed internet connection.
7. Must be able to work daytime weekday Pacific Standard Time
