Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Wholesale Director and Logistics Manager, supporting all aspects of sales operations including PO management, shipping, data entry and reporting. We have a lot to accomplish, so you must have the ability to handle multiple projects, manage your own schedule, meet KPIs, resolve issues and tasks, and meet and exceed deadlines on a daily basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with passion, great attitude, superb communication AND GREAT ENGLISH. If that sounds like you, read on. Goals and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations; this includes order review, order processing, fulfillment and tracking
• Manage purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for order
• Manage and track all production samples and coordinate photo samples as needed for retail partners; manage retailer's samples and work with sourcing team to ensure on time delivery
• Liaise with 3PL to ensure shipping targets are achieved
• Create and maintain organizational reports as determined by the Wholesale Director
• Order and organize samples for necessary internal and external meetings
• Keep track of, and follow up on all samples that are sent to potential customers
• Partner with the Inventory Management team on stock queries
• Report to stakeholders on shipment progress

QUALIFICATIONS

• Native grasp of the English language
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion, highly curious, fast learner, willingness to try and figure things out independently
• 2-5 years Sales experience or something comparable
• Comfortable adapting to purchasing systems
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong process and procedures understanding
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate risks, resource needs & priorities
• Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs & Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Understanding & familiarity with Shopify and Skubana (or comparable IMS) a plus
