Klaviyo Email Strategist - flexible hours, growth opportunities

We are a fast-growing email marketing agency, looking for A-Players to join our business family.

This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, great training & growth opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Plan the email marketing strategy and campaign calendar for eCommerce brands: d ---------- on flows and campaigns that ensure hard hitting results for our clients’ long term success.
- Test out your ideas for increasing conversion by planning and performing split tests
- Provide advanced Klaviyo/Email Marketing expertise for the team
- Act as the technical aid for the team, working on implementing and maintaining flows, migrating to Klaviyo from other platforms, and helping clients with tech issues related to emails, SMS or integrations
- Strategize, create and run SMS campaigns and flows
- Create and maintain SOP’s for all of your responsibilities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Klaviyo experience in an email marketing role, for an eCommerce D2C brand or eCommerce agency
- Fluent English
- Ambitious and self-starter: we'll provide you with any training that you need, but it's important that you'd be autonomous, proactive and a problem solver
- Available for at least 7 hours per day
- Able to work either early mornings or late evenings (to have some overlap with US hours)
