Your primary responsibility will be to execute Email and SMS including calendar management, segmentation, A/B testing, reporting, QA, and deployment. You will work closely with the MarCom Director and platforms manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tasks include the following:

• Working in Klaviyo and Attentive daily with building and deploying emails and SMS
• Maintain an efficient email and SMS review process to ensure a flawless level of quality assurance; QA'ing links, subject lines, preview text, creative, and ensuring it follows a completed checklist
• Pulling email and SMS campaign results and presenting the data to team members
• Managing the email and SMS databases and updating lists for distributions
• Assist with email and SMS marketing programs to drive traffic, sales growth, and positive ROI
• Fully understand email deliverability, monitor key health metrics, and ensure inbox placement
• Maintain an email marketing calendar detailing scheduled campaigns while trying to have campaigns approved and ready to launch one week prior to the scheduled send time
• Execute A/B tests to increase open, click, and conversion rates while recording summaries of test results
• Ensure all transactional flows are functioning correctly and are fully optimized
• Reduce unsubscribe rates through proper sending cadence and high-value content
• Develop a list hygiene strategy that attempts to re-engage subscribers after a period of inactivity prior to suppressing them
• Be an expert in the field of email marketing by continuing to educate yourself through blogs, webinars, newsletters, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience using email marketing platforms
• Experienced in Klaviyo (or similar email campaign manager)
• Experienced in Attentive (or similar sms campaign manager)
• Experience building emails in an email content campaign
• Understanding of basic e-commerce and marketing principles
• Excellent English writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion, highly curious, fast learner, willingness to try to figure things out independently
• Quiet space and FAST internet
