Well hello there my fellow freedom fighter! :)
Hope you’re having a great day so far and hopefully this job post will serve to improve it even further. (Hey, don’t bash my job title…it got your attention…didn’t it? :) And hey…It’s nice to smile…and no I’m not crazy :)
Who am I?
I am a small business entrepreneur who currently runs around like an octopus with my hair on fire!...go on, take a moment and just visualize it :)
What is my business?
Well I’m currently in the ecommerce space…y’know, buying and selling stuff and hoping to turn a profit.
The reason for this Job Post?
I’m in need of a Full Time Finance Personnel to join my friendly team and assist me with managing my business finances.
What the job entails?
At the moment the business is fairly small so the initial tasks will simply require:
• Balancing accounts
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
• Preparing invoices
• Checking company bank statements
• Preparing cash flow statements
• Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Forecasting etc…
You'll also help to prepare the profit and loss sheets for the annual accounts.
Who’s the ideal person for this job? Gosh, I don’t want this to sound boring but it’s important that I highlight these:
The ideal person will most likely be someone who has some knowledge of the US and UK tax/accounting system, is very organized (switched on), able to work within a small team and also has a pleasant and helpful personality.
Here are the other standard qualities necessary:
• An ability to work quickly and accurately
• Good concentration
• An eye for detail
• An ability to work to deadlines
• Good computer skills - we will be using Quick Books
• To be honest, discreet and trustworthy

The job is available immediately and I need someone who can start as soon as possible.
