Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Projects
Interior Design - Conceptual & Schematic Design
-Develop mood boards
-Develop design concepts translated into digital sketches
-Source, select and build material finish packages
-Source, select and build furniture, fixtures, hardware, equipment & accessories packages
-Develop project budget estimates and cost evaluations
-Develop required design presentations and tearsheets
-Manage and monitor project mastersheets
-Assist with architectural project issues during design management phase
Project Communication
-Coordinate with purchasing department for project requirements
-Coordinate with design team (designers, architects & 3D visualizer) for project requirements
-Create
-Conduct research or vendor sourcing
-Coordinate with third party vendors and consultants (as necessary)
2) Operations
Internal
-Participate in weekly meetings and scheduled calls (Dream Tea
-Attend to all project management requirements
-Attend to meeting documentation ( Meeting Notes)
-Assist in Internal Projects (as assigned by management team)
-Fill out timesheets at a daily basis
Training
-Develop training programs (as assigned by management team)
-Undergo training for skill development (subject to management approval)
