Adsphere is a fast growing online marketing company. We help local business grow by helping them increase their reach through online marketing. We are on the search for our next Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate leads with our proprietary software.
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting our sales and business development teams by generating and qualifying leads, to pass off to appointment setters to close sales both over the phone and through email.
What we expect:
• Be RUTHLESS about hitting and exceeding goals – Specifically related to leads found per day, leads emailed per day, and leads handed off to the appointment setter per day
• Research and find leads that need our services – Like a Boss!
• Work within the confines of shifting calendars and schedules
• Work with existing marketing and sales team to help creative effective campaigns that will generate qualified leads
• Be able to clearly demonstrate company/product value to prospects
• Report on KPI’s daily and weekly
• Log all communication in CRM - “If it’s not in our CRM, it didn’t happen”
• Show interest and gain understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location terminology
What you’ll bring:
• 2+ years of online marketing software experience
• Prior experience working with a CRM
• Experience working with phone dialer and CRM’s (PowerDialer and Salesforce a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals
• A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude
• Ability to effectively follow a script, take feedback, and be coached as needed
