Looking for Long term Amazon Kindle Publishing Super VA and Manager.

I have a publishing business on Amazon and I am looking for a great VA to work with long term.
If your work proves to be of high quality I will be able to supply you with constant, reliable and fair business on a long term basis.
I am looking for a VA to first work for 20 hours a week. Very quickly after that I would like for you to start working 40-50 hours a week. I am looking to pay 2$ to 4$/h.

Must haves:
You need to be very good at the 5 skills below.
- Word
- Excel
- Project management
- Communication
- English

Among other things tasks include:
- Sending an expense report on a weekly basis.
- Receiving books from the writers and following up with them if you don't. Pay the writers and activate their next payment on Elance or PayPal.
- Building a landing page
- Sending story assignments to writers for the following week/month.
- Managing social media
- Research
- Put stories from writers though spell check program, format it, check if the links for opt in work in the template.
-Being able to communicate well with writers and a proofreader in skype chat.
- Finding writers and cover designers on Elance, Upwork if needed for which I will provide the ad template.
