Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager

I am looking to hire an executive assistant. Are you looking to assist the head of a real estate firm?

The role has multiple responsibilities. Some of them are creative. Some are analytical. They all require critical thinking. This is a fairly new role so it will be a growing experience for both of us.

This will be during NY (EST zone) hours.

o CRM (Zoho) support
• Enter names to CRM
• Email articles and campaigns
o Recruiting- Reviewing resumes
o Leasing (appointments, screening, lease signing)
o Bookkeeping
• Checking Receipt of Management Fees (AR) each month (Bookkeeping)
• Contest credit card charges
• Set up returns on Amazon
o EO Responsibilities
o Arrange and Coordinate events
o Deals
• Scan resources for potential deals
• Make offers on Properties
• Market the deals – PDFs
• Follow up on leads for properties
• Request FOILs for DHCR
• do bid comparisons for projects

o Networking
• Scheduling meetings
• US Networking Grp
