Lead Manager

We are a real estate company that purchases homes all over the United States. We are growing rapidly and looking on adding some people to our team to support our growth! We are seeking out the perfect fit to call our existing leads within the database.

We are looking for a personable, professional, and highly motivated individual to be part of our team. Must be fun and love high-standard goals!

Responsibilities
Perform outbound lead prospecting and generation through phone calls, text, and email communication
Generate new opportunity by calling old leads we have in our system and asking if they are still interested in selling
This is about 75% of the job. This is not Cold Calling. These are previous leads we spoke with

Qualifications:
· Past experience with cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, or a job with high call activity (Minimum 1 Year)
· Must feel comfortable speaking with people (This is a must!)
· Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer all day
· Must love people and love fun!

This role will be performed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm MST.
