We are seeking a NOC engineer to monitor, manage and oversee our client's computers, servers, and backup.

You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of our client's computer systems, troubleshooting problems, and responding to network ---------- C Engineer Responsibilities:



Deploying RMM Agents for clients, monitoring and managing over 1000 computers and 50 servers
Overseeing hardware and software installed on computers
Write timesaving scripts that can help with tasks automation
Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems.
Performing regular checks on computers, network hardware, and software.
Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and backup errors.
Tracking and documenting hardware issues and compiling i ---------- reports.
Monitor and manage statuses of backups for computers and servers (Ahsay)
NOC Engineer Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
Experience working as a NOC engineer.
Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
Knowledge of server hardware systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced project management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience scripting
Experience working with the Datto RMM platform is a plus
