Job Description & Requirements

We are a quickly growing coaching company that is looking for an additional virtual assistant to help manage lead flow through social media channels and create meaningful connections with potential clients.

We are helping people overcome depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, and we want ambitious and capable people to add to our existing team. We take good care of our employees and offer a flexible and rewarding environment.

The ideal virtual assistant we need is someone who feels very comfortable with conversational English for a social media context. They will need to be able to pass for a native English speaker and establish meaningful connections with contacts on social media through conversing. Absolute proficiency in English and comfortability communicating with native English speakers online is a must.

We are also ideally looking for someone who would be willing to start in a part time capacity but eventually be willing to grow into a full time role very quickly after they demonstrate proficiency with the assigned tasks.

We need someone who enjoys making connections with others and who thinks of themselves as a friendly, warm person.

Job tasks and duties include opening conversations with leads on social media as well as social media lead generation and management. Other administrative tasks may follow as well.

Candidate requirements include strong English proficiency and beginning availability for at least 10 hours a week with the intent to move to full time as quickly as possible.

Job details include beginning with a trial period of 10 hours. Once ability to perform tasks is demonstrated, a consistent 10-20 hours per week can be billed for the first few weeks. Eventually we will move to full time. Hourly compensation will be offered commensurate with ability.
