Researcher / Skip Tracer / Phone Reception

The Research & Investigation Officer we are seeking for will have these duties & responsibilities:
Collecting prospect lead's past and current details and assets using the company's tools
Generating at least 15 leads ---------- charge of new lead CRM file, follow up calls, emails, SMS, mail, and progression of file.
Attending to inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Assisting and supporting the Claims Manager with investigations when required.
Responding to all client’s queries and concerns in a timely manner, including troubleshooting issues and escalating them in an appropriate manner.

Requirements:
Has good work ethics and can-do attitude.
With good English speaking and writing skills.
Must be confident enough to take phone calls.
With a quiet working ---------- tailed oriented and highly organized.
Must have strong internet connection (at least 20 mbps).
Must have a current desktop/laptop in excellent working condition (at least Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3, not MAC).
Must have a noise cancelling headset.

Location: The office is based in Queensland, Australia - permanent day shift.

Salary:
$4.00 AUD hourly rate paid out every fortnight via wire transfer to bank account.
$7800 per/year base wage (37.5 hour week).
Work performed outside of business hours is also paid.
Entitled to sales commissions/bonus after the 3 months probationary period.

Schedule:
9 AM to 5 PM (QLD Time Zone)
Minimum 37.5-hour working week
Monday to Friday
