Job Summary:
As an Animator, you are expected to create compelling and stunning visuals that can captivate our prospects and current customers alike. You will receive feedback from clients to further evolve the projects.Collaborates and work on a team with other creatives to create compelling and eye-catching images, animations, and campaigns to grow our user base within the projected timeline. And you are expected to create two-dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D) or computer-generated images.


Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop still images and video assets for asset development and marketing initiatives, including video advertising;
- Develop animation and illustration graphics from scratch;
- Conceptualize client specifications into high quality original pieces of animated works;
- Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final commercial quality products
- Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
- Provide and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams
- Create prototypes and mock-ups of new types of products
- Responsible in meeting deadlines and ensure quality of work;


Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, 3D animation, or a related creative field OR three years of relevant professional experience;
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in the same field is required;
- Proficiency in computer animation programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Maya;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical skills along with artistic talent;
- Ideally, you have a portfolio of related work across several creative projects;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography;
- Experience with both print and digital media;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati.
