We are looking for a Product Manager for a fast-growing and pioneering US-based
The Product Manager in PH plays a key role in supporting Product Category Managers with product responsibilities including set-up, launch, competitive analysis, content creation, merchandising, and other assigned duties. They work under the supervision of Business Unit Managers in executing various tasks related to product marketing and management, product content, internal and external product-related communication, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Product Managers to ensure all product launch content is accurate and provided in a timely fashion to support the set-up and launch thru all sales channels
Reviews existing product content on the website for accuracy and improvements/optimizations
Provides input on ways to improve product listings including but not limited to writing actual content/text
Interfaces with vendors to collect and maintain product specs
Interfaces with and supports customer service team, responding to customer inquiries related to product features and specs
Maintains database of product attributes in eCommerce platform as well as newly launched Product Information Management (PIM) Tool
Assists with social media content and projects to help develop content and drive awareness of assigned products
Interfaces with social media partners and assists with developing reviewer program
Supports Products Managers by conducting product spec comparisons and competitor analysis of both products and competing websites
Reviews customer questions (website Q&A), collecting data for content updates
Provides monthly feedback on any review issues related to newly launched products
Assists Product Managers with pricing updates and SKU setups as necessary
Supports Product and Program Managers with project/program management tasks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years prior experience in a hardware product marketing/management role with consumer electronics/hardware experience a big plus
Understanding of general e-commerce sales model and website terminology
Experience developing product marketing materials
Ability to play a supporting, cross-functional role that interfaces with multiple departments
Must be able to plan and prioritize work to achieve goals
Excellent time management is a must to drive productivity
Able to work independently and with attention to detail
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Has an interest in consumer hardware and gadgets (preferred)
