RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Finances
2) Understand financial key performance indicators and monitor them carefully, redirecting resources as appropriate to deliver planned outcomes.
3) Continuously assess business performance, evaluate risks, and recommend initiatives to improve results
4) Anticipate capital needs, and ensure the appropriate level of planning and management is in place to realize ROI objectives
RESULTS

- Involve finance in every key decision in the business to infuse the organization with a fact-based and data-driven mentality
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or experience
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent (e.g., CPA, MBA) or related field.
- Experience with digital technology.
- Creative mind with an eye for detail.
- Experience driving performance improvement initiatives, influencing outcomes and getting buy-in from senior executives
- Click-up and agile methodologies knowledge is not required but is a plus.
