Position: Part-Time Executive Admin Assistant

Compensation: $4/hr
Expected Hours: 20 hrs/week
Schedule:
Tues - Sat 12 am - 3 am Ph Time
We are in Pacific Time and we can discuss the schedule further during the interview

We are seeking to hire a REMARKABLE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT who will closely work with a management team to assist with running operations, implementing new systems, organizing or cleaning up existing systems, creating SOPs, and a variety of administrative tasks.

The job will be around 20 hours a week at $4 an hour to start with an opportunity to increase depending on your performance.

This executive admin assistant role offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the company thus we are looking for someone who can work autonomously, has strong project management skills, and has the ability to think outside the box to find solutions. Since this is will potentially grow into a leadership role, we are looking for someone who is also proactive when it comes to communicating with the whole team. Fantastic English communication skills (both spoken and written) is a big plus as most of the team is based in the US.

Additionally, our company uses the whole suite of ZOHO products so it’s a plus if you have CRM management experience.

Job Duties include:

Administrative Tasks:

- Calendar management
- Quality Control Contract review and presentation of deliverables
- Cross-check invoices
- Presentation decks
- Create and modify email and document templates
- Meeting scribe (Zoom or other)
- Attend Monthly budget calls w/the bookkeeper including Marketing and Social Media Calls
- Approvals for expenses
- Review expense reports
- Liaison with Zoho
- Manage conference scheduling
- Perform regular administrative duties assigned by COO

- Experience working as an Admin Assistant
- Strong decision-making capability and organizational skills
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and handle office communications
- Ability to communicate assertively and honestly
- Canva Skills
