Risk and Compliance Officer

The job responsibilities of Risk and Compliance Officer are as follows but not limited to:

Checking on the member/player if applicable to apply for Bonus (eligibility to earn the bonus will be based on the SOP)
Conduct risk and compliance assessment
Re actively and proactively conduct analysis of transactions and accounts to know fraudulent activity
Perform, analyze and check to ensure there are no errors when it comes to settlement of winnings, prices and timings
Perform random checks on customers and handling the charge back flow
Observe, investigate and analyze betting behaviors for suspicious and fraudulent bets and players
Ensure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effective
Analyze results for suspicious transaction
Careful monitoring of possible money laundering transactions and communication of suspicious
Design and implement risk management processes for the company
Perform risk assessment by analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting or may affect the company
Coordinate with settlers regarding verification
Perform other related task to be assign by the immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
Should be able to handle multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Highly numerate (Degree in Mathematics is an advantage)
Ability to learn quickly, work on their own initiative and in team environment
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to make decisions quickly
Excellent time management skills
Flexible and committed approach to work
Enjoy work with a competitive edge
Must be professional, possess good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work unsociable hours, including nights suited to your support market
Must be amenable to work in Makati
Must be able to commit to a shifting schedule
