VA - Real Estate - Buyers Agent

The ideal candidate will be experienced in writing emails, social media, setting up project management tools, following instructions etc in the real estate industry & with an interest in digital marketing, social media and business. You will be using the word pumpkin in the subject of the email for your application. Most importantly, the candidate will be an enthusiastic, and effervescent addition to a growing close-knit, international team. Be very familiar with clickup, linkedin, social media, zapier, "monday", canva etc.


Duties & Responsibilities
*** editing canva image
*** posting on social media
*** send and respond to emails
*** keeping file names the same
*** keeping track of clients
*** helping with property research
*** understanding telegram or facebook groups too
*** Willing to learn relevant online management tools (e.g. clickup, google docs & signal, zapier,)
*** Reporting to management on a daily basis (of the hours set) (we use hubstaff to check the time worked)
*** Must understand Australian English and the nuances associated.
*** Be accountable and work above the job scope

*** 4 hours per day at 200PHP an hour (20 hours per week) to start with - increasing with hours as you prove your capabilities.
