ABOUT US:
We are an Australian, customer-centric Ecommerce print-on-demand store selling custom portraits to the US, AU, NZ, CA & UK. Our company offers unique custom portraits created from our customers’ photos. We offer our portraits in watercolor, oil & sketch styles.

We are looking to expand our design team with 5 more talented graphic artists to create beautiful artworks for our customers.

This is an exciting long-term opportunity, with huge potential for upskilling and promotions as our team grows over time. You will be reporting to the Director and liaising with our current customer service team. If you prove yourself, you will have the opportunity to move up as a manager for our design team.

- You can work whenever you want (40 hrs/week). You will not have to wake up or work at any given time. We are based in Australia which is only 2 hours ahead of PST time. HUGE PLUS if you can work on weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Artwork Creation: Creating custom artworks for orders using the provided product manuals.
- Photo Compilation: Combining multiple customer photos into one photo on Photoshop, and restoring details to blurry or pixelated images.
- Artwork Revisions: Reviewing customer comments and revising artworks accurately based on these comments.
- Report Order Issues: Liaise with our customer service team when there are order issues or unusable photos for specific orders and communicate these issues clearly.
- General Tasks: Creating custom artworks for promotions or sales campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an Apple Mac or Macbook
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in Photoshop is REQUIRED (Must have full software)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 English and above Required)
- Experience creating custom portraits/artworks
- Fast internet connection (Required to create artworks quickly)
- Proven experience engaging with clients or customers when creating digital artworks or designs
- A strong desire for customer satisfaction

PAY:
Based on ability and experience, ranging from Php 30,000 - 40,000/month (USD $600-$800).
