VA and LinkedIn Specialist with Very Good English Writing Skills Wanted!

We are looking for a VA for our operations team.

If you were on our team this week, some of your tasks would include the following below. We don't believe in throwing you into the pool and hoping you will swim well. We try to provide accurate training via a video SOP of tasks and we use Zoom and Google Drive extensively.

- Pipeline auditing - we need to make sure our sales CRM stays clean for reporting. You would be ensuring clean data in clean data out :)
- Loading drafts of emails to be going out into our autoresponder
- Checking in our LinkedIn mailbox for manual leads and posting them to our CRM
- Learning to cut together social media videos like the ones that have the captions at the bottom.
- posting new blog posts to our website
- Creating contents for social media ads and digital marketing, mainly LinkedIn and Facebook


Minimum Requirements
- Fluent English (Writing)
- a "go-getter-problem-solver" personality
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- Extreme amount of trust and loyalty
- Excellent communication skills and fun personality
- Minimum Availability - 4 hours a day, 5 days a week
- High Attention to details (when applying please mention the name- of your high school in your first paragraph of the application so we'll know you've read through this entire job description).
- Bonus but not required: Experience using an Autoresponder like Mailchimp, ClickFunnels (actually building attractive pages), CopyWriting, graphic, video editing skills

- Working hours during the day are flexible as long as consecutive. You can work during your local time if needed as long as we can have at least 2 hours a day overlap with EST Time.
