Business marketing

We are looking for a new team member for a small, growing company in the Book design & publishing industry.
The ideal person will work well collaborating with a team of designer, editor/writer, web design, and admin. This person will have a very strong grasp on how to utilize social media and email marketing to generate business.
This position will begin as a salary, although will switch to a commission and salary base once we have established a good working relationship.
