App for mobile device (Android)

App for registration and local listing (geolocation (integration with Google Maps API)) with identification and search. The application will work on mobile devices.
Project with very few features and UX document (User experience / business rules) is under construction. This project is for someone to work part-time or full time (you decide) I will pay weekly or fortnightly, considering the approved feature/project. All created source code, database script, library, framework, design used, if used, will be delivered to me at the end of the project.
