JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE

As a key member of the management team, this position within the company will take the responsibility for all aspects of recruitment, training and onboarding for our client service. The role will ensure we continue to deliver high quality Virtual Assistant solutions to small business owners within the UK, Europe and the US, including management duties, client and VA relations, and administration.

Working as the lead tea ---------- mber you will also be responsible for the onboarding and support calls and work in a support role to ensure we attract, develop and retain great people.

ROLE DUTIES

Design and deliver repeatable and innovative talent sourcing, high volume strategies, that deliver candidates who match our clients requirements
Actively manage the recruitment and selection process and manage the onboarding process for all candidates and clients
Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent
Facilitate training and support to both candidates and clients through zoom consultations and our communication platform
Training, counseling and coaching our team
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Creating clear and concise reports
Produce performance analytics and solutions to improve functional performance of processes and the service
Develop and enhance our brand across our social platforms
Collaborate heavily with the marketing team, working with content creators to ensure creative is aligned with audience wants and needs.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Please submit your application if you meet the following criteria:

Proven working experience of at least 1-2 years as a recruitment administrator/manager or other HR Executive
Must be able to work at a schedule that majorly overlaps with UK working hours
People oriented, enthusiastic team player with strong drive to achieve results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you’ll be comfortable on zoo ---------- etings as you are writing emails
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong IT Skills and ability to navigate a number of online platforms including social media
Knowledge in process creation and process mapping, and maintenance of company processes is highly preferred


NETWORK & SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Computer specs:
Max Computer Age: 5 years
Processor - i5 or higher
RAM - 4 GB or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (e.g. pocket wifi)
Noise-canceling headphones
Web camera
Zoom for video calls
Quiet and professional workstation


PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: 275 PHP per hour, paid weekly
Flexible work schedule (5/days per week)
