Real Estate - Lead Generation - ISA - Appointment Setting - Cold Calling

We're a real estate company that is hiring multiple cold callers and appointment setters for first and second shifts to call leads.

Part-time 20 hours per week.
Pay: $400 USD per month (5 USD / hour)

Shift Hours
Morning shift from 11:30 AM EST to 3:30PM EST
Afternoon shift from 3:30PM EST - 7:30 PM EST.

We're looking for an experienced real estate cold caller, apply now to join our team.
Requirements:

- Excellent Team Player.
- Sales-Appointment Setting background and have worked from home before
- Able to work in Eastern Standard Time
- Excellent in English
- Excellent internet connection 5mbps or higher
- Working headset with noise-canceling features
- Previous Real Estate Appointment Setting Experience is a BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Speaking with Leads who have requested information on our Realtor's website
- Speaking with Contacts who have lost touch
- Speaking with Past Clients and Current Clients in order to stay in touch and re-connect to our Realtor
- Typing detailed notes and updates into CRM system
- Setting up Introductions between Client & Realtor

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Naturally friendly, customer-service oriented
- Competitive to earn more
- Prior experience of 1 years of Coaching on OUTBOUND REAL ESTATE calls
- Quiet working environment
- Newer computer system with two monitors
- High-speed Internet, hard-wired to the router
- Good call-center-quality headset
