Customer Service and Graphic Design

Good day! I am the owner of a growing E-Commerce company built on Shopify making graphics and decals for automobiles and looking to hire a multi-talented and friendly individual who is a quick learner and takes initiative.

After our initial training, you will be handling customer service which is mostly simple custom design requests and keeping existing customers happy by resolving issues and missed expectations. You will also be designing custom orders placed through the website which is made simple and efficient through ACTIONS in Adobe Illustrator along with our templates.

While this position will begin as a customer service and graphic design roll, new opportunities can and will arise within the current and future companies I am building. For you, this means there is opportunity to learn new skills, and grow as a person and professional!

To get an interview, you must have experience in Adobe Illustrator, access to the program, and a quick and reliable internet service to be able to upload .ai files to our folders. Experience in customer service, and Shopify order management is a huge bonus that will increase your competitive edge for this job.
