Job Title: Virtual Assistant Full-Time
Work From Home? Yes
Rate: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour (paid twice a month)
Schedule: 9am - 8:30pm CST (minimum 7.15 hrs a day)
Based on Texas time no weekends. Paid OT with approval.
Flexible break schedule

Job Requirements:
- Available to work at least 36 hours a week
- Exceptional Written and Verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented person
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Have US accounting practices knowledge
- Proficient Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Be willing to perform administrative tasks as well.
- Have knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Have experience reviewing profit and loss statements.
- Have experience with Income, Expenses and Net Operating Income.
- Be able to research the cause of budget variances in accounts payables and receivables.
- Be willing to pull reports from accounting software or investor software.
- Ability to analyze/research email for the data entry
- Ability to analyze/research PDFs for the data entry
- Ability to enter data into a google sheet/spreadsheet
- Ability to download PDFs and save them to the real estate property folder
- Ability to find property folder in the real estate folder
- Ability to look in Property Management Software and analyze resident ledgers for the amount charged and written off to collections and compare that amount to the maximum they have in their Rhino coverage (security deposit) and enter it into a spreadsheet.

- Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor
- Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
- Private Quiet Work Environment
- Backup internet and power source
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
