Virtual assistant & customer service

I'm looking for a superstar virtual assistant to carry out the following tasks:

Answering customer enquiries.
Editing orders on shopify
Monitoring comments on social media
Replying to comments on social media
Posting content to social media (instagram etc)
Finding influencers and putting them in a spreadsheet

Email outreach to influencers
Research
Other email outreach
And a few other administrative tasks

The requirements for this role are:
Very strong written English
Able to respond to negative comments nicely & politely
Able to assess queries and respond to customers accordingly
Able to take initiative
Attention to detail
Responsible
Honest & trustworthy
Very basic spreadsheet usage
Good organization skills

These are the current tasks. You may be required to add on additional tasks as time goes on.
There's quite a variety of work so it shouldn't get too tedious!
