We're currently looking for an Accounts Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities of the job

- Supporting the senior lawyers with clients accounts
- Performing reconciliations of accounts
- Issuing tax invoices & trust account receipts to clients
- Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
- Assisting in prepare Business Activity Statements \
- Data Entry
- Data Entry of expenses & Allocation of receipts
- Ad Hoc
- Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties
- Assisting with Calls: Inbound and Outbound
- Knowledgeable in Sales
