ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Manage a Team of Healthcare Recruiters.
Source active & passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex Internet searches.
Constantly tracking team performance, and share constructive feedback.
Hiring/training the new in-house recruits.
Motivate the team to meet organizational goals.

Requirements:
Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
Must be target-driven.
Must have min 2-3 years experience of working as a Team Lead in a BPO set up.
Hands-on experience in Recruiting is a plus.
Healthcare background is a plus.
