We make the process easy for apartment staff and our service providers. Job Mission
The inside sales representative will help generate sales leads and close new deals to grow our business in both existing and new markets.
What you’ll do
• Execute multi-step, strategic marketing campaigns including emails, calls, social, and demos
• Outreach to apartment communities to generate sales leads
• Perform demos of the Rent Ready platform to nurture sales leads
• Create pricing proposals and negotiate with potential clients
• Help launch new markets

Qualifications
• Proven sales track record with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with remote sales
• Expert in multi-step sales process and funnel management
• Strong ability to perform demos of technology virtually
• Strong track record of generating leads and expertise in sourcing
• Skilled at and embraces the value of using a CRM
• Skilled at generating leads and loves networking
