HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WITH MARKETING EXPERIENCE

Would you like to join a small but amazing team, which is focused on client and employee growth and high quality services?

We are looking for a Jane of all Trades, someone who is hard working, detail oriented, dependable, and most importantly HONEST.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a high end post-production studio based in Los Angeles and Davao PH (Yes, we are local as well!) which specializes in photo retouching, color grading and 3D work. We are a small boutique studio and our work is seen globally with an elite client roster list.

Our normal operating hours are between the hours of 9am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. (Flexibility based on workload and client needs)

As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Manage emails and indicate the priority of emails in the inbox, drafting email replies on behalf of the CEO as needed.
- Stay up to date on task management and communicate effectively regarding what is most important.
- Help manage and grow business relationships by proactively identifying and executing opportunities to reconnect with various contacts and clients.
- Find new ways of doing things, streamlining processes, and making recommendations that will allow for increased productivity.
- Has basic knowledge in Digital Marketing preferably LinkedIn, FB, and Instagram.
- Manage social media accounts and create content for social media postings as needed
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications:
- With 1 year minimum experience
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Expert level in both written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate well with clients, founder/CEO, and workmates
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Trustworthy and ability to work independently
- Resilient with a can-do attitude
- Has Social Media Management experience

Minimum technical requirements include:

1. Your own PC/Mac/Laptop (preferably MAC)
2. Stable internet connection (at least 25 MBPS)
3. Good working mic, headset, and laptop or desktop camera

*Knowledge of Photoshop is a HUGE plus but not mandatory
