Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming phone calls/emails/chats.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:
* Proven customer support experience in all 3 channels— voice, chat, and email.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Must have knowledge in editing in Photoshop and/or in Canva.
