Vacation Rental Operations Associate (Airbnb, OTAs)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Service as our Guest Experience Specialist & mainly assist the Ops Manager
- Quickly respond to guest inquiries
Help troubleshoot any issues, answer questions, and make sure the guest has an easy, fun, and unforgettable stay!
- Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, making outbound calls as needed, and responding to emails or chats on a daily basis from guests, clients, and other staff who have questions or concerns.
- During downtime, you will be responsible for additional admin tasks.

HOURS/DAYS:
This is project-based and we're looking to hire either someone part-time or full-time, who can work New York (EST) Time and is flexible with the given schedule. There will be a 3-month probationary period.

SALARY/BENEFITS:
- We offer a competitive salary of $4 to $6 per hour depending on experience
