Real Estate Cold Calling – Work from Home

We are a real estate investment company. We have an open entry-level cold calling sales positions to work from their home.

Requirements:
• Cold calling experience in Real Estate
• Call up to several hundred homeowners per shift
• Follow scripts to generate qualified leads
• Overcome client objections
• Experience converting cold leads to warm leads by asking qualifying questions
• Set and manage appointments
• Track leads using online CRM software (Podio)
• Use dialers (Call Tools, MOJO)
• Understanding of Prop stream and Batch leads
• Batch Dialer system will be provided to dial out numbers.
• Report Daily back to us with Day results
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Computer Skills – Excel, Google, Word, Adobe, Email, etc.
• Speak fluently English,
• Have a pleasant phone voice
• Listen to people and be kind
• Be receptive to improvement
• Work in a noise-free environment
• Sound natural and unrehearsed while following sales scripts
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor when speaking with unpleasant clients
• Have an overall positive mindset
• Willing to work Eastern Standard Time (New York)
• First-week max 5 hours including paid training
• Weekly payment via PayPal

Minimum System requirement:
? Computer or laptop 8GB ram, i5 3rd gen or equivalent; at least 40 Mbps internet speed
? Noise-cancellation headset (USB Type)

HOURS & SCHEDULE 20 - 36 Hour week
Starting Basic Salary $4.00 per Hour
Additional Compensation of $300 per closed RE transaction
