Reservations and Admin Support

This person will need to be a quick learner and be able to manage and train future employees. Your number 1 responsibility will be to learn how to use our software limo anywhere. You will take reservations by phone and input reservations from email and WhatsApp messages. You will learn how to send reservations to affiliates and to add affiliates to our system. You will add new drivers and cars to our system. You will basically be my right hand and help with everything. Shifts will vary and you can work your way up to better shifts and more hours.. My plan is to add additional employees but that will happen in phases. I would additionally like to set up a call center in Philippines and offer services to other Limousine operators. So there are many advancement opportunities for you. I am looking for someone responsible and who is looking for long term work. The more you invest in the company the more the company will invest in you.
