Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary:
A Technical Lead owns the deliverables of a sub-team to meet business objectives.
A person in this role interfaces with several stakeholders including product and development
teams as well as specialists and technical architects to ensure alignment of technical
deliverables and architecture. They are responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and
efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes.
They facilitate end-to-end technical implementation of the architecture as per the product
requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Must have previously worked in ERP or Accounting Product Development.
? Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
? Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
? Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
? Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
? Reviewing code of team members and setting up processes for PR and code push and
deployment
? Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the
development process
? Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

Skills:
? Experience with building SaaS Product with Microservices.
? Experience with Multi-Tenant Database - MongoDB
? Must have experience with building ERP or Accounting products.
? Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g.,
HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript
? An expert in MEVN stack
? Knowledge of building and deploying Mobile Apps using React Native
? A relevant back-end programming language Node.js
? Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and
associated versions
? Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
? Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and
back-end - React, Vue
? Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated
languages/syntaxes/libraries
? Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
? Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
? Proficiency with Git
? Appreciation for clean and well documented code
? Experience with AWS and DevOps.
Requirements:
? 7+ years experience in overall software development
? 3+ years experience as team lead
? Bachelors/Masters in computer science or related field.
? Exceptional leadership skills
