Marketing/ Facebook ad Specialist

I am a health and life coach with a small business, looking for a marketing/facebook ad specialist to join our team. This position is long term and is part-time to start with the intention of moving towards full time or more hours (for those interested and able) as the company grows. We are a close-knit and friendly team and are looking for the right fit, someone who is able to take initiative, enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated to the company’s values, and passionate about their work. Responsibilities of this role:
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written.
• In depth knowledge and past experience using Clickfunnel (at least 1+ year experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years creating, managing and optimizing landing pages, with proven results.
• A/B testing and continually measuring the performance of the landing page.
• Have a good business sense and able to provide a marketing plan, and help to identify target audience and build social media branding identity.
• Experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, mainly Facebook ads as well as email marketing campaigns (please note: international references will be required after successful interviews).
• Up to date with the latest Facebook ads technology including Facebook insights and Facebook ---------- .
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s) while identifying new KPI’s to grow revenue from acquisition channels.
• Work with social media manager to research keywords and latest trends to optimize ads.
• Mastery level understanding of the most updated ways to organically grow followers IG, FB, and TikTok.
• Familiarity using Wordpress and Mailerite.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Must have a very fast computer/laptop with internet speed of 20mbps or more.
• Experience working in the health industry and with start-ups a bonus!

Pay
• $300 USD/mo. The hours will depend on you/your experience but will likely range from 10-15 hrs per week to start, with ability to increase hours as audience and business grows (that speed will be in great part to you).
You would be working closely with me, the coach, and at times the social media manager, and although your work hours would be flexible, you would be required to work some hours each week between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST in order for us to connect and work collaboratively together.
